Many components in your instrument degrade over time -even when not being used! Some degraded parts will cause other parts to fail. Just like any machine, keep it in good shape and it will serve you well for many years
Instrumentation World recommends Preventative Maintenance or Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) inspections be performed quarterly. Depending on the environment, more or fewer AMC may be required. Instrumentation World provides AMC on all equipment makes and models.
How AMC is done?
Twice yearly, we will perform the recommended AMC Service, and if a technician is in the area between visits, a quarterly maintenance and check-up is made without extra charge. A Complete Tune-Up is performed and your instrument is calibrated. In addition, an Electrical, Mechanical and Integral Inspection is performed to identify any parts that have degraded or repairs needed. Sufficient tests are run to ensure operation according to manufacturer’s specifications. If all required repairs are performed, a Certificate of Performance is then issued and a sticker for your instrument is applied.
This will reduce equipment downtime and keep it operational at peak performance throughout its useful life.
