CO2 Incubators are sealed, climate-controlled boxes used in life science laboratories to grow biological cell cultures. They are required to maintain the same conditions as inside the human body. 7.4 pH neutral. 98.6°F (37°C) > 90% relative humidity.
UV Lamp for sterilizing the incubator
Water tank for humidity in the chamber
Infrared sensor for accurate Co2 concentration
The working chamber adopts round angle structure, easy to clean
High quality air filter ensures the inside air quality
SMC brand gas circuit valves ensure more stable
Co2 concentration and less consumption of Co2 gas
Microcomputer controller, LED displays temperature,
Co2 concentration run-time and timing
CO2 Incubators integrate a comprehensive set of systems to create a controlled environment for cell culture growth in a chamber that is then protected by a multi-layered defense from contamination. The standard infrared CO2 sensor accurately measures chamber gas levels regardless of temperature or humidity while separately adjustable chamber and door heaters ensure balanced chamber uniformity. Each cell culture incubator features a smooth, easy to clean stainless steel inner chamber where the air is both kept at positive pressure and constantly filtered to an ISO 5 level to prevent external contamination of cell cultures. A multilingual touch panel control system common to all models allows easy input of every set point as well as on-screen and downloadable data monitoring to document historical culture growth conditions. Common to all lab CO2 incubators, each can be stacked to efficiently use the valuable space in your laboratory. Wrapped around this basic package of features, you can configure your choice of water jacket or direct heat temperature control, choose your preferred chamber size, and then fully load it with regulation of additional parameters such as humidity or oxygen.
