AGGREGATE IMPACT TESTR WITH BLOW COUNTER
Nunes Instruments Aggregate Impact Tester Machine is used for the purpose of determining the aggregate impact value of aggregates that give the related measure of the resistance of impact or shock faced by an aggregate. The counter that comes fitted with machine records to the quantity of blows that has been faced automatically by the sample. The aggregate impact tester machine is a world class manufacturing unit using best quality steel that comes with corrosion resistance quality. The Hammer of weight 13.75 +/-0.25kg which the machine features can be made to raise and fall down free along the vertical guides. Moreover, the height of the fall can be manipulated ranging between 380 +/- 5mm.
The Aggregate Impact Tester with Blow Counter is used to determine Aggregate impact value and has been designed in accordance with ASTM and BS Standards.
Hammer is provided with a locking arrangement.The hammer falls freely to the base and is removable for employing. Supplied complete with metal measure 75mm dia x 50mm high. (For specimen preparation) and Tamping Rod 230mm long x 10mm diameter.
A Blow Counter to count the number of strokes is fitted on top of the equipment.
