Automatic Mechanical Soil Compactor with model number VTECH-1215 is manufactured as per the required BS 1377:4 industry Standards. Automatic soil compactors are designed to provide the fully automatic uniform compaction of the standard/modified and a CBR specimen which assures the conformity to the preferred standard. The automatic soil compactor is basically equipped with the programmable digital counter, which helps or allows the machine to stop at a preset number of the blows. To suit the test requirements, the weight and the height of the rammer is kept adjustable. The rammer is circular faced. The automatic blow pattern helps or ensures the effective compaction for each layer of the soil and a rammer easily travels across the mould. The number of blows can be easily set at the digital counter at the beginning of the test and hence table rotates the mould in the equal steps. A user can not only define the blow number but can also set the in-out distribution.

The number of blows per layer can be set at the beginning of the compaction process by the digital counter according to the standard preferred by user. This automatic blow pattern ensures effective and equal compaction for each layer of soil by rotating the base table, so the mould, in equal steps and travelling the rammer across the mould. User defined blow number and in-out distribution is also available.
