These are sturdy double walled units with outer chamber made of M.S. sheet duly powder coated / Painted inner made up of anodized aluminium or S.S. sheet. The gap between inner and outer chamber is filled with high grade glass wool to avoid thermal losses. Beaded heating elements are placed in bottom and sides. Inner chamber is provided with ribs for adjusting perforated selves to convenient height. The door is fitted with glass viewing window to facilitate inspection of sample without disturbing the test temperature. Temperature is controlled by hydraulic type capacity thermostat from ambient to 99C + 0.50C. An L-shaped prismatic thermometer is fitted to unit for reading the chamber temperature. Air ventilation are also provided on the sides of unit. To work on 220/230 volts A.C. supply.
Bacteriological Incubator is used for storage of bacteria plate and bacterial culture growth at 37 degree Celsius. These incubators are fitted with heating temperature only; therefore, these are also called heated incubators.

Temperature: The temperature range of our Bacterial Incubators is ambient+10°C to 60°C, which is controlled through microprocessor based PID temperature controller and PT100 RTD sensor. This controller displays both Set Value (SV) and Process Value (PV).
Air circulation: Our Bacterial Incubators feature both natural and forced air convection's a motorized blower is fitted at back side of the chamber. It is also responsible for uniform distribution of temperature across the chamber. It can it can switched ON and Off using on/off switch provided at the panel.
Safety features: Temperature safety is most important concern of Bacteriological Incubator; therefore, we equip these units with temperature thermostat and this is also a low / high alarm which alerts operator if there is any variation in set temperature.
